NEW LAUNDRY VENDOR:
COIN MACH The laundry rooms are now being serviced by Coin Mach (instead of Laundry Land).  We have been experiencing some service issues during the transition to Coin Mach; however, Management is working with the vendor to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. 

• If you have a problem with a laundry machine not working, please call the Management Office at (773) 769-0900. 
• If you have a problem with the Card machines, please call Coin Mach at (877) 264-6622.

HOLIDAY PACKAGES Beginning December 1^st through December 19^th, if you are expecting a package but will not be home, contact the Management Office before your package is delivered and we will accept the package for you.  The package will be kept in the Management Office and will be available for pick up Monday-Friday from 9am until 5:30pm.   If the package is not picked up within 24 hours,  it will be returned to the sender.

DISPOSAL FEE FOR LARGE ITEMS
It is very important that you contact the Management Office before disposing of large items in or near the dumpsters.  Waste Management charges the building for large items that are discarded.   As a result, residents will be charged a fee of $31.00 per item for discarding large items.  Once an item has been thrown away, you will receive a charge letter indicating the costs of disposing of your item(s).  It will be your responsibility to pay this charge within 30 days from the date of the letter.

We appreciate your cooperation! All residents 16 years or older must use a Key FOB to enter the Tower doors. If you are 16 years or older and do not have a Key FOB, please come to the Management Office to receive one. If you have any questions please call the Lakeview Towers Management Office at (773)769-0900 during normal business of Monday thru Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. .....................................................  
REMINDER: NO PET POLICY  
Lake View Tower Apartments Rules & Regulations (#9) states no dogs, cats, or other pets of any kind If you have a pet (of any kind) in your apartment, you must find another home for your pet IMMEDIATELY, as pets are not allowed in the building.    Failure to adhere to the Rules & Regulations of the building may result in a lease violation and/or fines and other penalties.  

.....................................................New at&t service times Effective Immediately AT&T service calls must be scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 4:30pm. AT&T Technicians will not be allowed to come into the building after 4:30pm or on the weekends.  .....................................................
REMINDER: LATE FEE FOR RENT PAYMENTS Any tenant paying their rent after the 10th day of the month, will incur a late fee of $10.  If the 10th falls on a holiday or weekend, the rent is still due on or before that day. All checks or money orders received in the Rent Box (near Security) after the 10th are considered late and should include a $10 late fee. All payments made after the 10^th MUST be paid with a Money Order.  No Checks will be accepted after the 10^th of the month. It is very important that you put the correct apartment numbers on your checks & money orders!  If you should have any questions, please contact the Management Office  between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday at 773-769-0900.
